PendMove project: 15982

  • Googled for: weblogic.rjvm.PeerGoneException with variations on this theme to no avail.
  • After talking to: BM I have decided to created a separate local client to test the Context and other possible issues.
  • I completed the separate test client (LookupEJB) and it is definitely connecting to WL via the input URL and getting the ResearchClerk method needed to execute the PendMoveProcess class. But, no solution to the first bullet above.

PendMove project/bugzilla 15982

  • Got past the servicing.properties file issues: was using protocol http: instead of: t3: for the url.
  • Spent too much time creating a pendmove.dbf file but using the query in DBViz I was able to create a readable .dbf file for pendmove. When I read in the .dbf with the task_id I got an exception thrown. PendMove bailed on the getEJBHome lookup of the ResearchClerkHome.JNDI.

PendMove project

  • This and the last few entries refer to bugzilla: 15982.
  • Re-installed NB IDE on the Linux box and moved the PendMove project source files to the Linux box.
  • Successfull in getting the ResearchClerk code working with exposing the method(): updateResubmitPendedOrder().
  • I deployed the servicing-1.35 on the Linux box and 1.36 on the Windows box but firing up the PendMove 1.0 Swing app does not get past the: pjernigan/password1 login: Communication Exception: http://www.flooddata.com/sevicing-common:  No known valid port for: 'Default http:null:-1:10.3.66.104:-1'; No available router to destination.

Nuovo Ordo Seclorum

The New World Order

  • Today say the dawning of the: New World Order with the election of: Barack Hussein Obama.
  • The significance is not unlike 9/11 itself in that we are some steps closer to the apocalypse.

PendMove project, CMSA

  • Sat this morning with MC about an hour. I noted all of the cards she processed on a form I created in Microsoft Word. There were only 2 failures. MC has conferred with her boss (or somebody) about what is the future of processing cards and the macro.
  • Spent the rest of the day working on PendMove. I have the following compiled: PendMove.java, PendMoveProperties.java, PendMoveProcessing.java.
  • I cannot get the pom dependencies right such that I can import the ResearchClerk.java so I can lookup the method I need to run. RK showed me the changes to the pom.xml that need to be done but they are not working.

CMSA/Report cards, Servicing bugzilla: PendMove Swing App

  • I worked the CMSA issue today with little progress (SOS).
  • I replied to MC (CMSA) to sit with her (tomorrow) for the Nov. report card  processing.
  • I received a Bugzilla from RK/CV to create: PendMove (fill in the bugzilla # here).
  • I got some instructions from RK to copy the Servicing/Apps: rebill.java et. al. as a go-by for: PendMove.java
  • I somewhat have some of the pieces put together: pom.xml, PendMove.java and PendMoveProperties.java completed but not compiling correctly as of yet.
