Karl's first main tennis tournament
Jane Long Middle School game location was entertaining
- After driving for 4 hours to and around College Station I finally found Karl. His tennis coach was very helpful and found out where he was right away for me.
- Of course the tennis match was the location furthest away but not-to-worry as I was able to get there just a few minutes before Karl's Men's Doubles began.
- Karl and Kevin played Victoria with a lot of kids rooting for them and spewing some trash talk. Karl and Kevin were a little out-matched but played well and I got to see some interesting volleys and hush-mouth returns.
- I drove Karl to the local Chevron station and got him a big drink as he did not have any water to drink for the day. Karl slept all the way back to Magnolia and woke up just before we turned off on Old Hockley rd. to the backdoor to Magnolia West.
- I was very good to see Karl play and I enjoyed watching him today immensely. It was therapeutic.
